Don't want to rely on the FitFast recipes? No worries! You have two options add your own meals/food to the FitFast app.
Option 1: Describe your meal (Recommended)
- Open the FitFast app and go to the Home screen.
- Scroll down to Food and click the + button.
- Select the meal type by choosing between Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or Snacks.
- Tap Describe at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter a detailed description of your meal. Be as specific as possible for an accurate analysis.
- Click Send for Analysis and wait 1–5 seconds for FitFast to analyze your meal and provide accurate and detailed nutritional info.
- Once your meal has been analyzed, you can either Save or Delete it.
Option 2: Manual entry
- Open the FitFast app -> Home
- Scroll down to food and click on the +
- Select the meal type
- Click on Add custom meal on the bottom of the screen
- Here you will see a list of all your custom meals for that meal type.
- Click on Add a new custom meal
- Fill in name of dish and the amount of calories.
- Optional: You can also add protein, fat and carbs to the meal.
