Don't want to rely on the FitFast food database and recipes? No worries! You have three options to add your own meals/food to the FitFast app.
Option 1: Describe your meal (Recommended)
- Open the FitFast app and go to the Home screen.
- Scroll down to Food and click the + button.
- Select the meal type by choosing between Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or Snacks.
- Tap Describe at the bottom of the screen.
- Follow the steps to log your meal
Option 2: Scan your meal
- Open the FitFast app and go to the Home screen.
- Scroll down to Food and click the + button.
- Select the meal type by choosing between Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or Snacks.
- Tap Scan meal at the bottom of the screen.
- Follow the steps to log your meal
Option 3: Custom meals
- Open the FitFast app -> Home
- Scroll down to food and click on the +
- Select Search -> More options -> Custom
- Here you will see a list of all your custom meals for that meal type.
- Click on New custom meal
- Fill in name of dish and the amount of calories.
- Optional: You can also add protein, fat and carbs to the meal.
