There are multiple ways to delete your FitFast account:
By contacting our support team:
- You can submit a request through our website and ask for your account and all data to be deleted
- We will verify this request and ask for a confirmation
- All your data will be deleted and lost for ever after confirmation
In the FitFast App:
- Launch the FitFast app
- Navigate to the Profile section from the bottom menu.
- Scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account.
- You'll be presented with additional details about the deletion process; review these carefully to ensure you wish to proceed, then confirm your decision.
Through our website:
- Go to www.fitfast.com/login/ and login with your account
- Click on Delete account
- You'll be presented with additional details about the deletion process; review these carefully to ensure you wish to proceed, then confirm your decision.
Please note!
Deleting your account is a final action and all your data will be lost permanently. If you decide to delete your account, it will not automatically cancel any active subscriptions, so be sure to cancel your subscription separately.
Data deletion is irreversible and does not trigger a refund. If you need a refund, contact our customer support before following the deletion steps mentioned above.
